Press button on back to turn lights on after charging for at least 2 full days. Can be used inside or outside.But Solar panel must face out to sun. aIn very cold weather tubes will be very fragile they are Glass. It is 36" from Solar box to light and then 18" spacing for each light for 6 feet from first light to last light.
